  • GEMU F60 Motorized 2/2-Way Filling Valves

    The GEMU F60 motorized 2/2-way filling valve is designed for extremely precise and fast filling processes in aseptic and hygienic areas of application. The GEMU F60 filling valve enables activation in real time, ultra-quick load cycles and high flow rates of up to 6,600 litres per hour. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMU PD design, whereby the actuator is hermetically separated from the medium. All actuator parts (except seals) are made from stainless steel. The filling valve is available in the electrical version F60 (and the pneumatic version F40).

  • GEMU F40 2/2-Way Filling Valves

    The GEMU F40 2/2-way filling valve is designed for filling processes in aseptic and hygienic areas of application. Flow rates up to 6,600 l/h are possible depending on the version. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMU PD design, whereby the actuator is hermetically separated from the medium. All actuator parts (except seals) are made from stainless steel. The filling valve is available in pneumatic design F40 (and electrical design F60). The pneumatic version is available with Normally closed and Normally open control functions.

    The GEMU 567 Biostar Control 2/2-way control valve is designed for use in sterile applications. Flow rates ranging from 80 l/h to 4,100 l/h are possible, depending on the version. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMU PD design. All actuator parts (except seals) are made from stainless steel. Normally closed and Normally open control functions are available.
