  • GEMU Code 4 FKM Diaphragm

    The GEMU FKM diaphragm code 4 (FPM) has been developed for use in industrial applications, for example in the chemical industry, environmental engineering or the processing industry. The diaphragm is made of fluorinated rubber.

    • Resistant to hydrocarbons and strong acids, aromatic solvents, ozone, gaseous chlorine and chlorinated solvents
    • Simple and defined assembly thanks to the threaded pin that is vulcanized in place with integrated screw-in stop

  • GEMU Code 52 PTFE/EPDM Diaphragm

    The GEMU PTFE/EPDM diaphragm code 52 consists of a PTFE face and an EPDM back, which are securely connected to one another (fully laminated). The diaphragm combines all the advantages of PTFE with the flexibility of an elastomer diaphragm in one product. In order to optimize the entire system, both the PTFE face and the diaphragm back are compounded for GEMU and manufactured within the GEMU Group. The diaphragm's design (up to diaphragm size 100) complies with FDA, USP Class VI and EMA/410/01 Revision 3 regulations.

    The GEMU PTFE/EPDM diaphragm code 5E consists of a PTFE face and an EPDM back, which are joined by a flexible connection. The two-piece diaphragm combines all the advantages of PTFE with the flexibility of an elastomer diaphragm in one product. In order to optimize the entire system, both the PTFE face and the diaphragm back are compounded for GEMU and manufactured within the GEMU Group. The diaphragm complies with FDA, USP Class VI and EMA/410/01 Revision 3 regulations.
