    Construction
    The GEMU 312/314 pneumatically operated 3/2-way valves have a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator.
    GEMU 312 is flanged, GEMU 314 has threaded sockets. The connection for the control medium can be rotated through 360°. The double sided valve plug is connected to the actuator via a spindle. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage.

    Construction
    The GEMU 507 manually operated 2/2 way angle seat globe valve has an ergonomically designed plastic handwheel. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. The wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage. A stainless steel bellows and a handwheel extension (not for bonnet size 0) are available as options enabling full operator isolation.

    The GEMU 532 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance aluminum piston actuator and is pneumatically operated.     The GEMU 539 2/2-way globe valve has a hollow shaft actuator and is electrically operated. The eSyDrive hollow shaft actuator can be operated as an Open/close actuator or as an actuator with integrated positioner or process controller. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage. An integral optical and electrical position indicator is standard.

  • GEMU 548 Motorized Angle Seat Globe Valve

    The GEMU 548 2/2-way angle seat globe valve has a motorized actuator with a plastic housing. The motor is designed for DC and AC operating voltages. The integrated gear translates the rotary motor movement into a linear movement. The actuator is available as an on/off version or with an integrated positioner and additional process controller.   • GEMU 553 Modular Distribution Valve

    The modular GEMU 553 distribution valve comprises various globe valve modules. These can be equipped with manual or pneumatic operators. The downstream media is isolated using a PTFE seal. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing. This provides a low-maintenance and reliable valve spindle seal even after an extended period of operation. The wiper ring that is installed upstream of the gland packing also protects this against contamination and damage. The individual modules can be easily connected using screws. The seal on the connection flange and between the individual valve bodies has an FPM O-ring.

  • GEMU 566 Control Valve, Metal

    The GEMU 566 2/2-way globe control valve has a body with an integrated control mechanism which can be controlled by various operator types. In addition to a pneumatic version, manual and motorized versions are also available. The GEMU 566 valve was specially developed for the control of small quantities and enables flow rates from 63 l/h to 2500 l/h.
