    Construction
    The directly controlled GEMU 3/2 way solenoid valve consists of a solenoid encapsulated in plastic and a plastic valve body.
    A connector socket provides a connection to electrical supply. A manual override is integrated as standard.

    GEMU 332: This variant is designed for battery mounting of up to 12 units (by using clips) depending on the devices to be controlled.
    GEMU 334: For direct mounting to pneumatically operated valves or other devices (inlet and outlet arranged at an angle of 90°).
    GEMU 336: Compact valve battery with aluminium distribution rail for mounting in switch gear cubicles or as a valve manifold near the pneumatic components to be controlled.

    Construction
    These directly controlled 2/2-way solenoid valves have a completely plastic encapsulated DC solenoid which drives the armature. The displacement of the armature takes place within a bellows made of PTFE backed by a safety diaphragm which provides additional sealing protection. The valve seat is directly mounted to the PTFE bellows. The valve body can be supplied either for straight through flow or with inlet and outlet at right angles. The electrical connection is made via a plug complying with DIN EN 175301-803 Form A. It has a rectifier for use with an AC supply.

  • GEMU 205 Solenoid Valve, Plastic

    Construction
    The GEMU 205 directly controlled 2/2-way plastic solenoid valve has a high performance coil which is hermetically separated from the medium by means of a flexible PTFE bush. The valve seal is carried in a pendulum bearing. The electrical connection is made via a plug complying with DIN EN 175301-803 form A. The DC design includes a rectifier in the terminal enclosure, so that the valve can be used with an AC supply. The valve has a manual override and an optical position indicator as standard.

    Construction
    The GEMU 225 servo assisted 2/2-way plastic solenoid valve has a high performance coil which is hermetically separated from the medium by means of a flexible PTFE bush. The coil is assisted by a servo-control piston mechanism. The valve seal is carried in a pendulum bearing. The valve seal is carried in a pendulum bearing. The electrical connection is made via a plug complying with DIN EN 175301-803. The DC design includes a rectifier in the terminal enclosure, so that the valve can be used with an AC supply. The valve has a manual override and an optical position indicator as standard.
